Unlike last year. And short of a Brunetti cake. My birthday this year was made up of an assortment of little gatherings with my close friends. I appreciated everyone who came out on my birthday. It completed my day.
Passport Renewal The morning on my 21st birthday, I foolishly went to renew my passport only to realize that I am now not eligible for the student discount. It only applied to students under the age of 21. What a wonderful day to pick to renew my passport aye?
Japanese Lunch Despite having to cancel my lunch appointment with Wanling, I was lucky enough to have lunch with Jennifer instead at Nagasaki Restaurant (which just happens to belong to Wanling’s family). Many thanks for the free lunch again. Hehe.
Stingray for dinner Dinner wasn’t anything fancy. Stingray, fried dumplings and a plate of wa tan ho fit for three—me, Shanice and Michelle at the local Chuan Hin restaurant next to The Cottage. That’s all that I could afford in RM. Dropped by Kan Aik’s Most Wanted Cafe to have a quick chat as well. Had a lovely surprise when he played a birthday song across the cafe’s speakers.
Starbucks at 9 After dinner, me and Wanling met up with Michele at Starbucks for an exciting conversation about driving exams, work and gossips. I might as well add that the closest thing to a cake that day was a carrot cake that we shared.
On another note, Happy Birthday to my Twin, Charlotte who’s currently in Singapore. She shares the same birthday same year with me. And to Felix, of course who’s also in Singapore.

so, how was the jap meal?
The Jap lunch meal was good. Wasn’t a fan of sashimi so I had it shared with my friend instead.
