Via Designnotes: A breath of fresh air—Virgin America’s new approach in airline safety in a form of a more-illustrated safety video answers a large cry from designers who might feel that airline safety design is in need of a realignment.

Like everyone else, I tend to ignore reading airline safety cards and that obligatory demonstration on flight safety before a flight takes off. Perhaps it is time for airlines to re-access how to get people to be interested in airline safety. Or at least differentiate between jellyfish and oxygen masks.
