My 22nd birthday. It was nothing significant, really. Nothing fancy . No candles to blow out. No party with friends. Nothing much, really. Though I did had an impromptu liangcha session with Sharon and Lester after dinner.
Like how all birthday gifts should be–when least expected, the gift I received from Sharon and Lester was unexpected and was truly a lovely surprise–a Threadless gift certificate for me for which I picked three awesome tees to be shipped to me from Chicago. My choices were: Routemaster by Lehel Kovacs, On My Honor by Jesse Lefkowitz and Artic Spa by Matthijs Smit.
I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical ordering items from a foreign country. I had my doubts on our mail delivery system here in Malaysia. Nonetheless, the package arrived earlier last week–almost 4-5 weeks since I placed the order.
Significantly speaking, Sharon and Lester’s gift was the only one I received this year. That makes them super special.

Glad you liked the shirts. the “on my honor one” is cool with the crossed fingers at the back. Hope life’s treating u well back in kk. Final yr is busy as hell for me :(
