In the film, there’s this scene where you see Vendetta wearing an outrageous apron cooking breakfast. He cooks a faily common breakfast dish in England. The ‘Egg in a basket’.
Cooking this breakfast dish is pretty straightforward. As you can see from the movie, it’s basically an egg fried within a piece of bread.
Firstly, cut a circular hole in the centre of the piece of bread. I’d suggest that you use a glass and press it firmly above the bread in order to get the perfect round hole if you know what I mean. After that,pan fry the bread on both sides with butter till its golden-brown.
Crack an egg into the ‘basket’ hole that you just created and cook it till you think it’s just right. Remember to flip the bread both sides so that your egg is evenly fried. Add a dash of salt if you want or some jam to enhance the flavour.
On another note, I found the movie brilliant with its storyline. There’s no need to say more than that since everyone has been complimenting it as well.
